Job Characteristics: Assist law enforcement agencies by means of updating criminal records as requested or received. Directly handle fingerprint arrest cards, citations, and dispositions that are received by law enforcement agencies and courts. Provide customer service to consituents who challenge the accuracy of their UCCH record. Research various systems to update criminal history reports with the most current and accurate information. Provides authorized agencies with criminal history information. Handles sensitive and confidential information as required by state statute for public and local agencies.
